to share their opinions about the importance of working together for a peaceful world, and celebrating the strong ties between Turkey and the United States. The dinner was organized by the Gulen Institute in collaboration with the Turquoise Council.
Members of the Congress and other dignitaries conveyed their positive impressions about the Gulen Institute and its activities. They expressed that as people of the globalized world we are in need of such gatherings as it helps all to get to know and understand each other, and work together towards common goals for a peaceful world. The importance of relations between Turkey and the U.S as strong allies was another point unanimously mentioned. U.S. Members of Congress who have honored this event are: Congressman Al Green, Congressman Ted Poe, Congressman Louie Gohmert, Congressman Ralph Hall, Congressman John Carter, Congressman Pete Olson, Congressman Lloyd Doggett, Congressman John J.
